Circuit Training

Come in and experience one of the best workouts you will ever have with Strongside Training Systems circuit training class!  Circuit training is a one hour class that implements a high volume, high intensity resistance training program that is pre-developed by one of our professional trainers.  If you are looking for an exercise program that will develop your strength as well as burn a tremendous amount of calories, then the STS circuit training class is for you!  Build lean muscle, develop muscular endurance, and lower your resting heart rate for a more efficient cardiovascular system.

Pal-ersize

Adventures in Fitness


Pal-ersize is a fun exercise program for children ages 3 to 7.  Exercise the "Pal" way through fun, fitness and friendship!  Children gain self confidence, balance and coordination skills.  Children learn leadership skills, "pal" manners, taking turns and sharing.  Pal-ersize classes are only $10 per class!  For further details, contact "Pal" Mel at 415-550-PALS or at palmel@earthlink.net.  Check out the Pal-ersize website at www.pal-ersize.com

Agility & Conditioning

Strongside Training System's Agility and Conditioning classes are designed to improve an athletes foot speed, balance, coordination, change of direction, and cardiovascular conditioning.  This is done by implementing various drill and techniques to help you become more efficient and explosive in your movements.  If you are looking for a training system to take you to the next level of competition, then let our Agility and Conditioning class help you dominate your sport!  All levels of fitness are welcome!

Mixed Martial Arts

The STS mixed martial arts classes are home to professional fighters, amateur fighters and people just wanting to learn self defense and sport fighting techniques.  The classes are a mixture of muay thai kickboxing, brazilian jiu-jitsu and collegiate wrestling techniques designed to develop well rounded fighters.  These are very popular, semi-private classes which fill up fast.   Contact STS for class availability.  Please note that more youth MMA classes are added in the summertime. 
Private sessions are also available.
